Abstract

The pubalgia; Pain located in the pubic symphysis that can radiate to the groin, hypogastrium, hip and even the perineum and evidently the movement of the corresponding joints or the work of the musculature of these zones will reproduce the pain according to the activity.
Prolotherapy helped in the recovery of pain from a patient who was present at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation service of the Central Military Hospital. Prolotherapy is the injection of an irritant agent in the insertion of a tendon, in a joint space or in a ligament as a medical management complementary to other clinical actions and whose main objective is the relief of pain and repair of an area of ??injury Using an injection of a hyperosmolar substance. It has increased the level of evidence in its use in refractory tendinopathies as a safe method and has optimized the management against musculoskeletal pain.
