Hemangiolymphangioma is a vascular malformation with mixed components, venous and lymphatic, of rare presentation, its management is limited in great extensión cases. The case of a man with vascular low flow disorder, predominantly lymphatic, with intra-abdominal, retroperitoneal, pelvic and lower limb extensión is presented.
