In this article, we present a positioning proposal to perform an isokinetic shoulder test in the scapular plane, allowing patients with shoulder dysfunction to perform a test and training with reeducation of the biomechanics of the muscles involved, also allowing much functional movement, more in line with those made in daily life; and the biomechanical bases that justify this position are explained.
