Neuropatía motora multifocal: reporte de un caso

Neuropathies form a large group of peripheral nerve pathologies, which can be acquired or inherited, taken its etiology and natural history they could affect the whole peripherical nervous system or just a selected number of nerves. These could cause pain and disability and require multidisciplinary management to improve the quality of life of patients. Within them we have multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN) or also called multifocal motor neuropathy with block conduction (MMNBC), which is an acquired neuropathy, inflammatory, rare, characterized by asymmetrical , progressive weakness in the limbs, without sensory loss. It is also characterized by persistent conduction blockage that selectively affects motor fibers.
