Efectividad de las ondas de choque radiales para el tratamiento de pseudoartrosis de astrágalo

Con este estudio de caso se quiere dar a conocer la efectividad de las ondas de choque radiales extracorpóreas en las fallas de consolidación; para este caso en particular la pseudoartrosis de astrágalo es una falla en la consolidación de la fractura de este hueso, es decir, la no unión de los trazos de fractura por alteración en alguna de las fases de cicatrización ósea. Este es un estudio de caso de un paciente con pseudoartrosis de astrágalo y la respuesta al manejo con ondas de choque radiales.Referencias bibliográficas
