Telemedicina una alternativa de atención durante la pandemia por Covid-19

La aparición de la pandemia por Covid-19, su alto contagio e impacto en la salud de poblaciones vulnerables y la necesidad de distanciamiento social, obligó a adaptar rápidamente los procesos de atención ambulatoria a pacientes por medio de herramientas tecnológicas con eventos de atención no presencial (teleconsulta). El propósito de este artículo es revisarla información más relevante sobre el uso de la telemedicina ysu impacto actual.
