Abstract

Cerebrovascular disease increases every day with an overall incidence of 258 / 100,000. The number of survivors increased from 17.9 million in 1990 to 33 million in 2010, is one of the pathologies that generate greater impact on quality of life survivors, that is why exists the need to evaluate, measure and take the quality of life into account in research studies to generate public health policies and to create strategies of management to the needs expressed by patients.
