Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a disabling condition that produces alteration in functionality and quality of life of people who suffer from it. In pulmonary hypertension grade I are included people with connective tissue diseases due to their underlying condition have higher morbidity and mortality. That is why non-pharmacological therapies such as cardiopulmonary rehabilitation with aerobic and resistance exercise work as coadjuvant management to the pharmacological therapies described in the improvement of physical capacity and quality of life.
